My goal as a therapist is to assist you on your journey of self-awareness and personal discovery. While I take a here and now approach with clients, I also believe that understanding your present and being able to be fully aware of your thoughts and actions in the moment will help you confront and resolve issues and conflicts from your past.
As a Southern California native, it wasn't until I stepped outside of my comfort zone (aka my Corona del Mar bubble) and made one of the biggest, life-changing decisions of my life: to move to Milwaukee, Wisconsin and pursue a career in broadcasting, that my life began to change as I embarked upon a never ending journey of self discovery.
